It will make perfect sense for them to add CBD oil, which can be refined from either hemp or marijuana. These shops will also have the equipment needed to use CBD in nontraditional ways, such as via vaporization. 
In some cases, these sources can overlap. That's because many physical stores also have e-commerce enabled websites. By using one of their sites, buyers can deal with companies that have a physical presence even if that presence is several states away.
As this shows, it's not impossible to find sources of CBD products. It just takes a bit of extra looking.
